Already on May 6, 2003, it will be possible to find out the results of the DV-2024 green card lottery. The draw itself took place from October 5 to November 8, 2022. The results will be available for verification until September 30, 2024.
Lottery results can only be found on the website dvprogram.state.gov. To do this, you must enter the confirmation number of the lottery participant, as well as indicate the name, surname and year of birth of the applicant.
If you see a barcode and your data on the page that opens, you won.
This is the only way to learn about the results of the lottery. The State Department will not send any electronic or regular letters.
Don’t forget: an official institution never asks for money transfers. Be especially careful in this if you applied through an intermediary.
In addition, until September 30, 2023, you can still check the results of the lottery for 2023 on the same site. Registration for the DV-2023 draw took place from October 6 to November 9, 2021.
If you win, this does not mean that you automatically received a green card! You will need to collect all the necessary documents, undergo a medical examination, apply for a visa.
