How can F-1 students get an H1-B work visa?

International students can apply for an H1B non-immigrant work visa after graduation or during OPT.

You must receive a job offer from an employer.

Submit your H1B (I-129) visa petition on time because there is a limit on the number of visas per year, and meet the application deadlines.

Once you receive a job offer, your employer must file an H1B petition for adjustment of status against you by the specified deadline. If your H1B visa petition is approved, you will be granted H1B status.

If you need a help of an immigration lawyer, you can schedule a consultation using the form below.
